Refund Eligibility

  • Full Refunds:

    Refunds are granted if the requested service has not been initiated, and the publishing process has not yet begun.




  • Non-Refundable Services:

    Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances for services that have already been delivered or for processes that are underway.




Non-Refundable Situations

  • Partner Website Performance:

    Technical issues on partner websites, including uptime, loading speed, hyperlink presence, search engine indexing, content layout, style, or third-party comments.




  • Deleted Articles:

    If more than 90 days have passed since publication and the 1-Year Guarantee Offer has not been utilized.




  • Unused Services or Partial Periods:

    Refunds will not be issued for unused service limits, partial months/years of service, or account upgrades/downgrades.




  • Customer Expectations:

    Refunds are not granted for dissatisfaction based on customer expectations that do not align with the service description.




Complaint Process

If you believe the service provided does not meet its description, please submit your complaint to our support team within 7 days of purchase. Your complaint must include clear evidence that the purchased service failed to match its description. Complaints based on false expectations will not be honored. MediaPeachy reviews all complaints individually and reserves the right to approve or deny claims at its sole discretion.




Payment System Fees

  • Processing Fees:

    Processing fees incurred when funds are deposited into or withdrawn from the system are non-refundable.



Refunds are processed exclusively through the original payment method used for the transaction.
