Technical issues on partner websites, including uptime, loading speed, hyperlink presence, search engine indexing, content layout, style, or third-party comments.
If more than 90 days have passed since publication and the 1-Year Guarantee Offer has not been utilized.
Refunds will not be issued for unused service limits, partial months/years of service, or account upgrades/downgrades.

Processing fees incurred when funds are deposited into or withdrawn from the system are non-refundable.
